Houthis Pay the Price: Netanyahu’s Warning Becomes a Deadly Reality

by admin477351

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s warning that the Houthi rebels would pay a “very heavy price” for their aggression has become a deadly reality in Sanaa. A series of powerful Israeli airstrikes has killed at least six people and wounded 86 in the Yemeni capital.

The transition from warning to action occurred after the Houthis fired a ballistic missile with a cluster bomb warhead at Israel. The Israeli government swiftly retaliated, turning Netanyahu’s threatening words into a concrete military operation with lethal consequences.

Israeli jets targeted Houthi infrastructure, including a military compound, a fuel depot, and power stations. The strikes were designed to make the “price” of attacking Israel painfully high, both in human lives and in strategic assets.

The events demonstrate the credibility of Israeli threats and its willingness to use overwhelming force. For the Houthis, the “heavy price” is no longer a rhetorical flourish but a devastating reality of smoldering ruins and mounting casualties.
